Delete my data
Your journal is yours, and so is the right to make it disappear. Two ways, both complete.
In the app, immediately
- Open Refrain and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete all data to erase every journal entry and insight while keeping your account, or
- Choose Permanently delete account to erase everything: your journal, insights, preferences, and the account itself.
Both actions run immediately and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period, no email confirmation, and no ticket. Account deletion signs you out everywhere; the email address you signed in with is no longer associated with anything.
By email, within 30 days
If you cannot or would rather not use the app, email contact@infinitumcor.org from the address you sign in with, and we will erase your journal, attachments, and account for you within 30 days. We will confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Every journal entry, tag, mood record, and reflection
- Every insight
- Files you attached to entries
- Your preferences and account record, including your email address
There are no analytics records, advertising profiles, or backups of your journal held elsewhere. When it is gone, it is gone.
